2020 RAV4 TRD off road Manual liftgate

Hey all having some problems with my manual liftgate struts, they don't hold the weight of the door and I'm planning on adding a rhinofit ladder. Just wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for some beefed up struts.

The 2020 Trd came with a power liftgate as standard equipment. Was it converted to manual for a reason?

Yeah removed it because it stopped working and replacement is ridiculously high
