On June 20th, 2022, my wife was pulling into our driveway very slowly. As she was parking on our driveway, she depressed the brake pedal all the way to the floor without stopping the car. The automatic brake stopped the car but was too late to prevent minor damage to both our car and garage. We reported it to Toyota and they tested it, but they couldn’t replicate the issue. Has anyone else had this issue?
