The service campaign (25TD01) says to call the dealer who will apply "a wire harness protector seal to the HV Floor Under Wire Connector."

It just came out yesterday, so there is nothing on the web yet. If you sign into the Toyota Owner site you should see it in your Vehicle Health Report listed as a "service campaign" and not a recall. If it's in your report, then you are part of the campaign and should schedule an appointment for them to do the repair. Full text below:
Status Remedy Available Title: 25TD01 Rear Traction Motor Cable Corrosion - Multiple Model & Model Year Toyota Hybrid (AWD) Vehicles Campaign Date 9/18/2025 Description: The subject vehicles are equipped with a rear motor unit and an HV Floor Under Wire that provide high voltage to operate the motor. Mud, water, or road salt could potentially enter the HV Floor Underwire connector housing and could cause corrosion over time. Excessive corrosion could cause AM Radio Static during certain driving cycles, or the vehicle may not start. Campaign Expiration 9/11/2028 Dealer Reference Id 25TD01 Remedy: Any authorized Toyota dealer will apply a wire harness protector seal to the HV Floor Under Wire Connector

Just called my dealer (where I bought it, not the place on the other thread!). They will inspect the cable while I wait on Friday. They will then either schedule to do the wrap or order a new cable based on their findings. So, at least at this one, they know to check before covering!
