I just purchased 2024 Toyota Rav4 LE. There are no racks on roof and no hitch. My Saris bike rack is not compatible. Are there bike racks that anyone can recommend that do not involve installing a hitch or roof mounts?

I would consider to install trailer hitch and use appropriate bike rack.
Rav4 rear door doesn't look like very strong and many people have problems with hinges.
I have OEM trailer hitch and it works well for 3 bikes. Only one problem with it - it's expensive, but there is many alternatives exists - Curt, EcoHitch and e.g.
