2025 Autostart defrost not coming on

Had this 2025 RAV4 for 1 week. When shutting off, I turn on the heat on and set to defrost, also turn on front and rear windshield defrosters. Autostart in the morning and and regular heater is on(not defrost, blowing in face). The front and rear defrosters are also not on.
Q: How do I make the heater blow on the defrost mode, and the front and rear defroster work with autostart?

I believe the correct term is remote start, not auto start:

Remote Connect
Your vehicle's features, within reach. * Start, lock/unlock your doors and more using your compatible smart device. These features also include smartwatch integration.

For the electrical heaters on the back window, outside rear view mirrors, and under the windshield wipers, they cannot be made to come on when you remote start your vehicle. The electronics for them are a latching system, so they will only come on when your actually press the button for them.
