Has anyone tried this?

I saw a post in the Third Gen forum where a few owners have used this tire without issues but I don't know about Fourth Gen:

The reason I'd like to do this is because I have almost new winter tires from my old Venza. The rims are the same as the RAV4's, so I'm hoping I can get a couple more years out of the tires rather than trying to sell them (at a loss) and spend more on new tires.

That seems like too much tire for a 7" wide wheel.

I've use that combination of wheel and tire on my last 2 Venzas without any issues. It's actually quite common with Venza owners. You get a softer ride over potholes and the tires are a lot cheaper than 20" or 19".

I got this from Michelin's website. It specifies a rim width of 7 - 8.5 (min-max) for that size tire
