No. But unless you run something super aggressive with major offroad side lugs etc. I cannot see how it would be a problem. Lots of room around. Once I need new summer tyres, I switch to 255/50R20.

I don't see why not. Look at what you have now. They are obviously worn, but still. You need 15 mm radially and 7 mm or so laterally in terms of clearance. If you compare new for new, you need 7 mm laterally and 11 mm radially, i.e sides and radius.
Let’s use something more factual then. The 235/55R19 can run snowchains on all four corners. There are also people running off-road tyres in 235/70R17.
If the snowchains clear on the inside and outside, the diameter itself is a non-issue. I ran 10mm chains in Norway last year.
