Noticed my coolant reservoir was very low, so I started hunting for coolant leaks. I found one on the right side of the engine block, and am wondering what my next step should be. Do I need to replace the connector?

I guess our RAVs are getting to be that age now. If it’s a metal fitting (looks like it is) you may be able to clean/sand it using an emory cloth to refresh the connection. Also check the rubber hose inside, as it’s most likely also got a coating on it. Back in the old days, I’d occasionally end up with a hose splitting from an end - the quick fix was to cut off the splitting end and reattach the hose. You will want to ensure that the clamp is applying pressure the right way too.

You should replace that connector since that plastic piece can break. This thread discuss the part number.
