I just purchased a 1995 rav 4 that is right hand drive from Japan. Could someone tell me where the 4 wheel drive button is??

If your car is AWD, it is full-time. There’s no way to turn it on or off.
On the manual transmission models there is a button for the center locking differential (which evenly distributes power between the front and rear) underneath the A/C controls
