I am actually thinking using the same clips Toyota uses for the shroud. Yes, I would have to drill a few holes but I already have all the clips.

So I installed upper mesh by taking shroud off. For now I used ties because I did not have screws. There are stand offs with holes. Two on each side and two in the middle. I need to find 6 short black sheet metal screws with a large washer.
The problem is the lower grill. I have no idea how to get there. There is actually a piece of Styrofoam that looks like a bumper and it is not even glued to anything. IOW it is loose.
