Hello, my 2017 RAV4 SE has been having intermittent knocking noises that appear to be coming from the front of the driver side's underbody. The usually happens when the car is accelerating or reversing from a dead stop, or when the gear is being put into reverse. The dealership has replaced the front brake pads, in case it was due to brake pad shift, and also replaced the front engine mount that is in between the engine and front radiator. This did not solve the issue, and the noise is still there.

Does anyone have experience or thoughts on what the issue could be? Thank you in advance.

Here is a link to the noise that I described above: IMG_8583.MOV
