You should get 12V for the ground and 0 volts for the power lead. Have you tried cleaning behind the abs wheel sensor with brake cleaner? If the cleaning does not fix the problem change the abs sensor.

What happens when you clear the code? Did you clean behind the sensor and rotated the wheel as you are cleaning it?
At the first stage, this part was changed (due to a short circuit).

Insect Arthropod Wood Pest Event

After that, it lit up first Slip Warning
And after some period lit up ABS and Brake, The last one lit up 4WD

Diagnostics showed a malfunction of the rear right sensor
After that I replaced the sensor first, There was no result

Then I changed this detail

Automotive tire Bicycle part Rim Gas Automotive wheel system

still no results, no reaction (after driving and testing)
When checking with a tester, it turned out that -rear right ABS voltage is zero !
Now I can't see a way out

I have the same issue. Garage used their tester and said that my left rear sensor had a blockage... there was occasionally a slight grinding in the left, so I cleaned the sensor and what I could in that area.... still same. Decided to check voltages, left has 12 volts Right rear sensor has 0 volts. strange??? Do the computer remove the voltage from the right when in error?? Edit.... nevermind, I discovered that I had a faulty meter probe
