I've replaced my ac lines numerous times on my 06 Rav 4 and the line continues to break at the same spot every time at the metal... Any idea how to stop this from happening? Is there a support that I might be missing? This is another new line. My finger marks the spot that cracks.

I had them replaced. Guess it may be time to have them checked again. Seems like motor mounts shouldn't have to be replaced every 3 years though. Thanks for your response.

I also have a 2006 and have had no such issue or heard of it in my 12 years on R4W. So, as mentioned, something must be stressing it. Or maybe the replacement parts are defective.
