Hi everyone,
Can you please tell me the name of the TOYOTA part I circled in the photos? That part is not installed after repair. I believe it is the part of air cleaner that is connected to engine to fix it.

Ok, so it's not a 5th Gen RAV4 but usually plastic parts that have a metal bushing like that is designed for a bolt to secure it in place. The circular pattern on the plastic in evidence of this. Is there a hole with threads below it to receive the threads of a bolt?

What year is your RAV4? Based upon your answer, you might want to post your question and pictures in that forum section to get a better response.
