Hello All,
A Factory remote start was included in my deal installed by the dealer. My salesman is trying to tell me that this is the same remote start that the factory uses. Automate - Automate AM6.2


What say you?

My sales guy told me that a remote start for my Limited Hybrid WAS NOT AVAILABLE (at purchase time, 12/2015), but "check back in about six months..." I am VERY interested in this topic - I'll stay tuned. For now, it was my understanding that "there ain't none" fer it. You seem to be on to sumpin'.

We were also told remote start was not available as well. That was less than a month ago. The non factory had a better range but would need a separate key fob. The factory would only need one key fob to replace current fob. However, we were told to check back in a month. So we are waiting.
