anyone have personal experience with John Elway's Crown Toyota in Ontario, CA? some guy from this dealership sent me an email saying that "it has been called to [his] attention" that i'm in the market for a new RAV4...even though i never sent information to that dealer.

anyways, i vaguely remember some people saying they hated their experiece w/ elway's toyota dealerships up in colorado...i think. i just wanted to know it's the same with the ontario branch.

I had bad experiences with their internet department.

They were less than truthful in their dealings in my experience.
Also they will tell you they match quotes, but they really wouldn't when wanting to really buy.
Longo Toyota Internet Department seems to be pretty fair. But I haven't actually purchased from them. They worked with me on prices to my satisfaction, but then the family member I was helping changed their mind about buying at that time.
Also Claremont and North County in Anaheim I think, seemed alright to work with and had decent price quotes IMHO.
