I really want these rims for my intended '06 Rav4 - short wheel base version as opposed to the 17'' it is coming with.

Anyone bought a "Sport" and is changing his/her rims?

what about getting them from the dealer? any possibility there?
or anyone know of any replicas available yet?

I prefer this rim at the moment, before considering aftermarket.

I can travel to the US, Canada or UK (for free hehe) if necessary.

be careful.. The Sport has a larger turning diameter. That leads me to believe that with 18" tires it may have a clearence problem if the wheels are turned full lock. So it may have some sort of stop installed in Sports that your Limited will not have..

Holy moly! $300 for freight and I'm probably only a five hour drive away! :shock: If I were looking for these, I'd definitely go for a road trip for these bad boys. 8)

As a somewhat intriguing aside, another eBay'er is offering to sell chromed 18" Sport rims if you turn in your matching factory set (or you can buy a chromed set outright for a lot more $$$$).

I still reckon Toyota copied that wheel design off the 18" Ford Falcon wheels (which i happen to have on my RAV). It's not a 100% copy but pretty damn close!
