Are there any tutorials on changing motor mounts?

Took my 1997 2door manual to the shop and they said I need a new "RIGHT FRONT UPPER MOTOR MOUNT" and quoted me $335. I figured I could do it myself, but I can't find any tutorials on changing motor mounts. Plenty of people talk about fixing them, but does anyone have a link to a handy tutorial? Also any info on how to do the "polyurethane fix" would be great too.

Thank you!!

Chuck a jack under your engine sump with a nice soft piece of pine on top to stop it damaging the sump. Jack until the engine starts to rise. Now the weight is off the mounts. Undo and replace. Curse a bunch while adjusting the jack and trying to get the new mount bolted up. Curse the Japanese with their tiny hands. Eventually get there and have a celebratory beverage.

Jeeze that piece of pine is almost the cost as a jack these days!

Just be sure not to use a lump of pine from Harbour Freight; they've been known to collapse suddenly.
