Hello,
recently picked up a 2015 Rav4 LE AWD. Can anyone tell me what these lights are and if I can turn them on?
I called the dealer and they didn`t know what I was talking about LOL.
I am in Canada so I know that DRL are different in Canada and US.

Those are only usable on the European models. Ours are empty.
