Unless you want to DESTROY your engine, and GEARBOX. Take that PILOT BEARING off that list.
In addition to the 3S-GTE Swap I've done the auto to manual swap and ALL YOU NEED are
three holes drilled into the firewall for the clutch master cylinder

USE OEM TOYOTA THROWOUT BEARINGS ONLY! NEVER USE THE ONES IN THE KIT!
New Clutch and pressure plate (Throw pilot bearing away as soon as you open box!)
I DESTROYED a JDM 3S-FE by putting the pilot bearing in there. It comes in the Kit because SOME Vehicles call for it. But keep in mind this clutch kit works for like 50 different vehciles and only about 10 use that pilot bearing.
NO 3S-FE Engine or 5S-FE Engine has a pilot bearing put into the crankshaft.
Because Marijuana, I put a pilot bearing in the crankshaft, mated the gearbox, and the engine ran for 45 seconds, then it was SIEZED, DEAD. Here are the pieces of it AFTER the fact.
The pilot bearing pushed the crankshaft up against the thrust bearings, and friction welded the engine. Here is whats left of what I pulled out of the crankshaft. You Live, You Learn.
