My RAV4 backup camera has developed a fish eye view. Is there a setting to correct this?

Try tapping the camera view while it is on the infotainment screen Should toggle between fisheye and not fisheye. Depending on trim level there may also be an on screen button lower left/right on the XLE to change options.
