Drive it for a while .the codes may need to reset themselves.
Since this started, ive made 9 trips at 30kms+ each.
2015 RAV4 LE AWD
146000 kms.
Is there a common fuse for these Options? Or 2 dedicated fuses? Everything else works fine.

Yes. There were 3 codes after I charged the batt. Associated with the attempt to start it while the batt was dead. Misfire etc.
No codes for AWD or VDC.

Did you check to make sure all your vacuum hoses were on.

Maybe look in the manual to see which fuses it uses and check them

Do you have a code reader that you can check for codes with.
Sob!
That fuse panel is a pain in the ass! Makes me reconsider my Toyota ownership!

I find 1- 10 amp fuse associated with AWD.
It is fine, I did change it anyway, leaving it out for 5 mins while changing.

Thanks for your help. As long as my heated seats & cruise still work, I’m in no rush

Easiest way to test the fuses is with a test light. You can find a cheap one at your local parts store...
