Hey ya'll, I'm new to Rav4s but my girlfriend has a 2004 and I'm trying to help her out. I changed the oil a month ago. Just today went to check the oil because it was making this high pitched whirring on acceleration. Oil was empty. Dry.
I looked under the car and theres sign of an oil leak for sure- passenger side is all gross. Looks like it's coming from somewhere near the belt/alternator? Is there anything around there that's prone to leaking that I should check?
As of now, I'm having a hard time even finding a diagram of the engine components on that thing.
