Hi All,
While build & pricing a Rav4 2015 on the toyota.ca, a charge of almost $300 is included by default in the price of the car. Hovering over the block heater item in the exterior options section, I get a popup that says it's standard in Alberta. Does that mean that every car made to drive in Alberta MUST include a block heater? The reason that I am asking is that the block heater was not listed on the Offer to Purchase form and I failed to see that before signing it. I wanted to arm myself with info before talking to the dealership.
Much appreciated.
