I purchased the same one, but in Canada. Bought the extended warranty the same time as the car. I wanted the extra stuff it came with right away. Didn't feel like have to pay for it later.
Go back to post 623/649, there are a few contact email addresses. I realize this is a long thread but sometimes it's a good idea to look thru to obtain info. I always start at the last post and work backwards, as they are the most recent.
I just purchased a warranty from Jennifer today. I shopped around and found her to be more responsive and less expensive than anyone else. Do your homework before you buy.
I am going to hope nothing goes wrong for at least 100k... wishful thinking? I think not, my chrysler 200 V6 never failed me for 100k, Toyota shouldn't but who knows... we'll find out
I bought from Jennifer a few months ago for my 2016 Rav Limited she was easy to work with and the price was great.I normally don't buy the extended warrant,I also have a 2011 Rav and didn't buy one but with all of the safety equipment, cameras and electronics on the 2016, I decided not to take the chance.
I went through the thread and see there is no Canadian contact for ECP purchase, could anyone who bought ECP share how much they paid.
We are looking to go for the Platinum 7 year plan and we were quoted 2799$ by the dealer for the 2019 Rav4 XLE, what is a reasonable cost we can hope?
Hi, Did anyone buy extended warranty for Limited Hybrid model? I am in market and would like to know the best price to get that for my 2016 Limited Hybrid. Thanks
A nice dealership to work with, I believe the only dealership in the state that doesn't have any (bull**** dealership fees) of any kind on new or used.

Hi everyone. Just got my 2019 RAV4 a week ago.
I wish I had done my research about extended warranties before buying it at the dealership. I inquired about it but when I saw price I quickly said NO, THANKS.
Then finance guy asked what if he would knock $1k off the price. I found it weird that he subtracted it from the car's price when the original salesperson didn't want to budge at all on the price of the car.
I ended up purchasing thinking these newer cars have more advanced stuff/electronics and what not. Since they included it as part of the contract does it mean I cannot cancel it? Please advise.
JuneBug, could you please PM the contact information as well? Looking for a 6-year, 125K mile extended warranty.

With extended warranties, you can read the fine print in your contract. Normally you can cancel it within 30, 60 or 90 days and receive a full refund. Read carefully though. Sometimes it takes going to the dealer to cancel it depending on if its a dealer warranty or manufacturer's warranty. If its a dealer warranty, they will try to scare you into keeping it so you really have to do some research. Best of luck!
