I have a Remote Connect subscription that was linked to my phone until I put my fiancée on my account, not knowing it would transfer to her. I transferred control back to me but I need to enter the activation code in my 2020 Limited Hybrid. When I go to Apps and try to click the Remote Connect Authorizon button, I hear the beep but nothing happens. Rebooting the radio and turning the car off/on didn’t work. Any suggestions?

Remove and reinstall app on phone? When all else fails, try disconnecting 12v battery for 30 minutes.
Tried calling support who told me I needed to press my SOS button to activate. I did that and they told me it was already activated. By then, the remote functions appeared when I refreshed the app. Did not need to enter the code at all. Just strange.

I have had so many problems with the app over the past 18 months and I still get to pay $8/month for the privilege. But I appreciate some of the features such as being able to confirm that the doors are locked and checking the tire pressure. Hopefully Toyota improves the app's reliability.

I would hold my breath waiting for Toyota to improve the app.
It seams people have been complaining about it for the last 3 or so years and it did not get any better.
The only service I have with app is miles and tire pressure on my 2020 XLE hybrid, so after trial I am not planning to renew.
I have install an aftermarket remote start so no subscription there.
