I ordered a non-tech XSE beginning of April as well, haven't heard anything yet. Would you mind name dropping your dealership?
I ordered an XSE non-tech as well on May 28th so I'm interested to see if anyone else in Canada has heard anything about their XSE order? Seems like most of the purchasers getting notified are for XLE or the Woodland trims.

Ordered a Cavalry Blue XSE Hybrid with tech package on February 16th 2022. Last week my salesperson emailed me and told me it has been fulfilled by Toyota Canada and has an ETA of mid March. Not really sure if fulfilled means the order has been approved or if it’s in production. This is in South Eastern Ontario.

I would think it's at least in production if not already built as mid March seems like a very quick turn around to get to your dealer. Congrats either way. Glad to see that some XSE RAV4s are getting built and allocated to Canucks!

Question for CANADIAN customers:

I know that a few 2022 RAV4 Hybrids have been delivered to a couple customers in the USA lately but what about CANADA (specifically in Quebec)?

Has anyone received his/hers 2022 RAV4 Hybrid yet? Has anyone got an allocation yet?

I've been waiting for my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid XLE since August 17 (5 months ago) and I'm starting to think I might not have it before summer... :(

Thanks for your replies!
I ordered my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid Limited in February 2022 and was told a few days ago to expect delivery of a 2023 between March 20th and April 1st. 13 months.

Hi everyone,

I was offered a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Limited in white that is in production and will be here by the end of March (from a different dealer than the one I placed my order at). I originally ordered a grey RAV4 Hybrid Limited in April 2022 and my dealer has no idea when it would get here. The original ETA was oct-dec. 2022 but we're well passed that now. Should I take the white one or wait for mine? Edit: I am in Ontario incase you're wondering.

If the colour is the only difference, a bird in the hand........

If you can get your deposit back from the other dealer I say you should take it.

Took delivery at the end of January of an XLE after practically 17 months wait. Ontario (Greater TO).

I was told that BC and QC are taking a bigger share of hybrids production than other provinces, "to comply with sale quotas". Hence in ON we see longer waiting times. And that Toyota announced a substantial increase in hybrids production for 2023. So, fingers crossed for everyone still waiting.

My dealership contacted me saying the car will come in April 2023. Ordered in March 2022. He sent me a revised monthly increase of 85 dollars for 7 years. Which is 7000 dollars approx😅.

I might let this car go. Looks brutal on pocket. I guess wait time is going to come down crashing in auto industry.

The $7000 you quote includes about $1200 to $1500 increase from going from a 2022 to 2023. The rest is going to be from the increased interest rate on your loan. I know everyone's situation is different, but what I am planning to do is take the finance rate being offered, as it is in line with what my bank is charging. Then when interest rates start declining, I will look into paying off Toyota Credit and financing with my bank.
