I just bought a used 2015 Rav4 and am having a problem with the fact that when my phone is connected to the car via bluetooth I am unable to hear the voice prompts on my phone from Google Maps.
I'm trying to figure out the navigation in the car itself, but all the old settings from the previous owner are still in there so I needed to use google maps and then couldn't hear the direction prompts through my cars speakers.
Any ideas how to fix this issue?
