Just to let everybody know. You can buy this nice chrome wheel covers on ebay. They are listed for a Toyota tundra 18 Inch wheels, but after doing some research with covershield they will fit the rav4 with 18 inch wheels. Mine is a 2009 rav4 sport. Here is a pic of the wheels that they fit.

If you don't like your wheels how about we trade wheels? I've got a nice set of 17" Ltd. wheels that would look way better than covers.
