Here's a list of common maintenance parts that the 4.3 do-it-yourselfer might replace. Oil filter, air filter, cabin air filter, and wiper blades. All the Toyota OEM part numbers are listed as well as a few prices I've found online. Also some aftermarket part numbers are listed, and prices listed are from 2009. Might be a good idea to print this out and stick it in the glove box or console:

Thanks! Maybe this can be made into a sticky, and include common mods or links to threads such as the homelink addition or the steering wheel control button threads?
Wow haven't posted on R4W in awhile, since I sold mine
I have a 09 Corolla XRS now, and it uses some of the same air filters as the current RAV4. I can give these numbers below as I got the aFe dry filter for my XRS.
Drop-In Filters:
K&N 33-2326
aFe 30-10151 Pro 5R
aFe 31-10151 Pro Dry S
Thanks! The guy at Autozone told me I had to go to the Toyota dealership to replace the rear wiper. He said the rubber refill cannot be replaced. Bah. :/
4 months ago I bought a cabin filter (Purolator A45650 from Advance Auto). I just replaced it with a Denso from Rock Auto for 18.05 total. Price included a 5 percent discount code. IMO there is a big quality difference in these filters.
NONSENSE! I just refilled all 3 wiper blades a couple of days ago. The rear wiper blade insert is Toyota part number 85214-31010 and was around $4 from my local dealer. Popped out the wiper arm and replaced the insert on my kitchen table.

Would many of these parts fit the 4.4 as well? Perhaps a sticky could be added to the 4.4 threads, as I would have never seen this post, but was curious about previous generations of the RAV4, and came here to check it out!
Thanks y'all. This info is a goldmine for me. yotatech for the 4X4 and rav4world for the RAV4. Thanks again and keep up the great work it is very much appreciated.

Thanks for the great info , I just wanted to share a place that I found for all o.e. parts really cheap if you could create a list like top 5 best deals on line that would be great. but check out this link been using them for over a year now and no complaints. https://www.toyotapartsprime.com/oe...yota&Model=RAV4&Year=2016&Submodel=&Filter=()
Thanks, this is very helpful! The first post could use an update since some part numbers have been replaced with new ones. I was just shopping for wiper blades and see that:
seems pegged to only the 2008 year, and 2009+ refill is listed as 85214-05110. They may be identical, but I ordered the newer part number.
Thanks also to the site for clueing me in to the inexpensive Toyota wiper blade refills, which seem a much better solution (and less wasteful) than continually replacing expensive third-party blades. But first I need to get OEM blades back on in order to start using the refills . . . When I checked, McGeorge Toyota and Boch Toyota had the best prices for blades, but only Boch would ship the refills. Of course, it might be easier to pick them up locally.
