Unfortuntately I just had my car at the dealership's service department this morning, and still no Remote Connect Services. The service manager told me that this was a "Toyota problem" and there was nothing they could do (which I found ironic, because as far as I was concerned Red Deer Toyota IS Toyota, so wouldn't this be their problem?).I bought my RAV4 XSE last Saturday and has the exact same issue. SOS doesn't connect, can't activate remote service, getting "network connection unavailble". So went to the dealership service department, they disconnected the battery and reinitialize the DCM (or something like that) on the vehicle. Then everything is fine now. Hope this helps.
