I emailed Crower Camshaft and asked them regarding Camshaft for the 3SFE engine WITH Turbo. Here is their answer

Regrinds on your stock cams are available. Specs are typically 10-15 degrees
more duration and .010"-.015" more lift. HP gains are in the 5-15 range
depending on tuning. Rough idle is common if we exceed the above figures.

Cost is $100 per cam. Allow 1 week shop time + shipping. Send cores along
with detailed note stating engine model, intended application, power adders
(turbo, NOS, etc), rpm range to address below.

Thanks for your interest in Crower,

I would suggest buying a new set to have them regrind. That's what my intentions will be when the time comes. I know its added cost, but better to start with something new than something used.

You misunderstood me. :D I mean purchase new OE camshafts to have those reground. I've looked all over hell's half acre for a performance cam. I did find that one company lists the 5s-fe as having the same camshaft which I have to do some more checking into.
BTW. I emailed my Toyota dealership about the lightened flywheel and here was there response.
Aaron,

We have great news! Sorry it took so long but Lonnie, Parts Specialist, had to make sure that he had the right information.

There are 2 different flywheels that match the 8 bolt pattern of the crank of your Rav4. The 3s-FE on the June 1990 to September 1991 model Toyota Camry and 3s-GTE of the August 1987 to July 1989 model Toyota Celica. The Camry part match is $270.76 plus tax and the Celica part match is $304.21 plus tax. Prices do not include shipping.

That's for stock. Fidanza has the listing for the Camry flywheel. Summit has it for about $380. Sounds good eh?
