I have a rav4.3 d-cat 2007 diesel 2.2 runs very well.

I've never seen the temperature rise higher than normal.
But sometimes coolant comes out through the reservoir cap.

And the water pipes look like a lot of pressure.

What do you guys think about that?

Please be aware that there are no diesel RAV4's in North America at all. You'll need to wait for an answer from someone in a country where they are common. We'd love to help from the USA but we've never seen a diesel RAV! Diesels are not common here other than very large trucks and some pickup trucks. Oh, and a few Volkswagen's that are waiting to be be purchased back by Volkswagen. The American public is not happy with that scam.

Are you over-filling the coolant? When the engine is cold the coolant level in the plastic overflow reservoir should be at the Low level line. If it is filled any higher, when the engine warms up the coolant will expand and the excess may be blown out of the reservoir.
