After I recharge the car battery and startup the car, engine seen running fine but dash board most the lights are on, steering wheel no response and I cannot shift gearbox. Radio and the clock no power. Anyone know what going on? I hope only the fuse problem.....

You hooked up the cables wrong most likely...(positive to negative and negative to positive)...when you do that a bunch of fuses blow...do some searching and start replacing fuses...

Under my fix-what-you-know-is-broke philosophy, start with the radio/clock fuse(s). Hopefully when you fix them everything else works.
