For anyone having a door lock that no longer actuates from the keyfob, you probably have a failed door lock actuator. I understand the dealership wants about $700 for a fix. I fixed mine in under an hour for about $160. From Amazon.com, I got a Dorman 931-401 Door Lock Actuator for the driver's side front door. (Check the Dorman website for model numbers for the other doors) Price was $165.68 when I bought mine. As I confirmed with Dorman, if purchased directly from Amazon.com, it has a lifetime warranty. Check YouTube for a video. But, in short:
1. Remove door panel
2. Remove bolt holding window guide
3. Remove three star bolts around the door latch
4. Wiggle out the actuator
5. Swap the two cables onto the new actuator
6. Wiggle the new actuator into place - insert the lock guide into the new actuator (look at the lock guide and the back of the old actuator)
7. Re-install the three star bolts
8. Re-install the window guide
9. Re-install door panel

Done. On a 1-5 scale, I'd give it a 2.5, assuming to find the YouTube videos for removing the door panel and the actuator.

I hope this helps somebody someday.

Just wait, all your other door lock actuators will die soon enough.
Happened to me. Check out my latest thread. 4 door lock actuators died within months from each other.
