Driver Seat Window Rattle and Seat Bolster Squeak

I got my 24 RAV4 Hybrid last October. Since January (as seen in my service record) I have been bringing this car into the dealership service center now 4-5 times on this same issue to get it fixed. As shown in the drive link below, when the window is cracked an inch or less, it rattles over the littlest bumps and cracks on the road along with the seat bolster squeaking with whatever movement I make. The service department has written it off as “this happened with a brand new rav4, sorry nothing we can do”.

I asked a family member who works at a Toyota Service Department in another state and he said “yeah you have uncommon issue, take it back in”.

Videos I want to show of these issues aren't allowed to be attached for some reason. But here is a drive link that I made public for whomever wants to dive deeper and listen in:
1) Window Rattle - https://drive.proton.me/urls/9Q93F49QJ0#eIPUrvfQx2h4
2) Seat Bolster Squeak - https://drive.proton.me/urls/4GGADHR2JR#X9GfGJxe226g

Ultimately, I feel gaslit and don’t know what to do at this point. What suggestion do you have for talking to the service department manager or director?

No technical help.

But the classic thing is the selling dealer doesn't want to have to spend the time diagnosing for a minimum payout from the manufacturer while the car is under warranty.

Is another dealer available?

Have you talked ever so calmly to the service manager? Suggested and then insisted on he/she ride in yours together? And a ride in one of the Rav4Hs on his lot, even a used one, to establish a norm.

Asked for the phone number to escalate the issues to the zone representative. Hinted that your satisfaction with the dealer depends on their action and you are active on social media.

Hey Mike,
I appreciate your response. I’m looking into days where I can spend that time to talk to the service manager and drive one from his lot. I like these suggestions and will give it shot. I haven’t talked to them yet and will make sure to do it a kind manner bc being rude will get no one anywhere.
