The Daytime Running Light Module is interconnected with the ABS Sensors, you'll notice if you park infront of a glass front building that the headlights only turn on after the wheels have made either half or a full revoloution, when the vehicle is in a drive gear.

They connect it to the ABS so if the vehicle detects enough ABS activity in a certain amount of time, does the horn go "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!"?
