I purchased some headlights for the Rav about a year and 3 months ago. They have been a great alternate for the oem headlights. Figured I share with you guys. So my original ones had a crack and I ended up buying an aftermarket pair online. The quality was on par with the oem stuff. They had a drl built in but they only light up when you turn the low beams on. So I got a pair Morimoto drl modules and got to work. Here are the results. I also got a new set of tail lights with built in LED’s about 7-8 months ago. so far they’ve been holding up great. No issues or burn outs as expected. Again the quality was surprising. The lights had the same gaskets and seals as the oems. Also currently testing(attached below) an Android head-unit with a Apple/Android car play module. Everything works(muuuch better) as the oem radio. Steering wheel controls, backup camera, radio reception etc. My next little project is adding some sound Insulation around the car. Then a speaker upgrade 🙂
