Engine won’t fire up

I’m working on an ‘08 RAV4 and I’m getting the following two codes:
P0101 Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor "A"
Circuit Range/Performance
P0171 System Too Lean Bank 1

The car cranks but just won’t start. To date, I’ve done all of the following and haven’t gotten any results.

•replaced spark plugs
•swapped coil packs with known working ones
•replaced pcv valve
•clean and also swapped in known working MAF sensor
•reassembled and visually inspected air intake and hoses
•cleaned throttle body
•starter turns crank pulley
•battery voltage ~12.25
•half tank of gas left
•Did a spark test with the coil and 🪛 and got an Amber colored spark
•Tested fuses for continuity. Visually checked larger fuses.
•O2 sensor shouldn’t keep the car from firing up. I unplugged my personal ‘08 rav4 and was able to start it up
•sprayed starting fluid into intake tract and doesn’t even attempt to fire

I’m stumped at this point. Is there anything else that you guys can recommend I check? TIA

Amber?
I just took out OEM plugs at 55kmi, they are all a medium tan-amber.
Blue? Why blue, what does blue mean?
There's many reasons why it won't start. Could be a bad crank sensor, bad cam sensor, or both. You need to check those too.

Fuel pressure check is a must.

A 2008. Has it been sitting? Fuel injectors can get stuck closed. Measure the ohms of each injector.

Not sure I would rely on starter fluid to get it to fire.

check the battery voltage first.
it needs to be at least 12.2 volts

yup for the spark it should be blue white on spark color.
a spark tester like this one works well it is calibrated in KV

try a shot of fuel in the intake see if it will start.
if it does then check the fuel rail for pressure.

from there you are in to the injector drivers for a check.
i like this tool
fuel injection node light
you can see the injector pulse with a light.

Okay guys, so I was casually looking at the features and noticed that only the limited (maybe sport too) came with an engine immobilizer. The same day after I cleaned the maf sensor I went and got a spare key cut. I programmed it with the obd2 plugin from Walmart just as I did with my personal base rav4. However, although the lock/unlock functions worked on the key, it must still need further programming. When I got the original key and used it it started up immediately.
Thanks for the input. Here I was about to go and buy a bunch of test tools and trouble shoot whew

Using a spare key that has not had the transponder registered to the car will get a crank, no start. The immobilizer will keep the fuel pump and/or fuel injectors from working. Spraying starter fluid should have given a try to start? Orange colored sparks is a weaker spark than blue colored sparks. But, should still work. Battery at 12.25 volts is a weak battery. Full battery should be about 12.5 volts. And the voltage should remain above 9.5 volts while cranking engine. Otherwise, it can cause a crank no start. So, the small detail about using a spare key .... ???
