Hi, I've bought a new rav4-2017 2.4 4wd.
I don't have a car with EPS system so I face with a condition that when speed is below 25km/h the steering is very light but when speed increase above 25km/hr I feel the steering is become heavier.
Is it normal? Or this a sign of malfunction of EPS?

Normal. It is a smart steering system. You don't want it to be too easy to nudge the wheel at speed.

One irony is that with the EPS on my RAV there is more resistance to steering input at speeds over about 25 mph than it appears that there would be without any power assisted steering. With today's vehicles the manufacturers often have taken a lot of the fun of input immediacy out of driving and replaced it with numbness . . .
