Looking for the foglight relay on my 2015 RAV4. Plan is to "enhance foglights", similar to the well known Tacoma update. My Tacoma has foglights at any light setting, high, low, drl, or stand alone. Would like to do the same mod to the RAV. Thanks!

Try looking for a compartment( I assume) of sorts behind the passenger headlight next to or near the coolant resovoir. Hopefully it's labeled as fog light in there.
I am going by schematics and part locations from an online service, I don't have my vehicle with me right now so don't shoot the messenger if it's wrong. It's just where the schematics and diagrams say it's located. It's a place to start though.

Found the relay! Relay box is to immediate left of coolant bottle. On the Tacoma you run a wire from one of the prongs on this relay (need to figure this out on RAV4) to any keyed hot positive wire. This then overides the relay from shutting off fogs except when headlights are on. Anybody taken this a step further? No plans to cut or splice wires!!

There'a a thread in this forum that describes that procedure, adding a wire directly to the relay, etc. Search the 4.4 exterior forum for 'foglights on all the time' or something like that.
