Found a full RS3000 for a '96, just the piezo and led were cut out (can deal with that). Some was unplugged, so not sure where some of it went. Looking to install enough to get keyless remote entry working, the alarm functionality isn't wanted/needed. Have seeked out a pinout on the RS3000, just can't find one.

After starting at the harness for a while, appears just need to plug in the brown junction (power), blue junction (unlock/lock) and key-sensor (programming). Don't care about glass or starter cutoff, piezo (audible unlock/lock) and led (programming) would be nice yet not immediate requirement.

Can anyone confirm/fill-in these pinouts?

Loose
green - parking lights (-)
green/red - horn trigger (+)
blue/black - key sensor
gray - antenna wire

Brown Junction
blue/yellow - ???
red/yellow - door trigger (-) front doors
red/white - door trigger (-) rear doors and rear hatch
red/blue - ???
white/black - ??? (ground?)

These are listed for a 98, watch for slight changes on your system but they might be the same.

Awesome, thanks! Looks like I figured out the loose wires on the first try:

parking lights (-) = "Tail Light Wire" (figure they really mean parking, so all 4 corners light up)
horn trigger (+) = "Horn Wire" (make lots of noise)
key sensor = "Key Unlock Warning Wire" ("set key to on", which is really column is unlocked)

Here's the three connectors to the '96 RS3000 ECU:

Loose Wires
Light Green - Parking Lights (+)
Green/Red - Horn Trigger (+)
Blue/Black - Key Sensor
Grey - Antenna
Red - Piezo (+)
Black - Piezo (-)

Left 10-block
1 - Blue/Yellow - Power Door Unlock (-)
2 - Blue/White - Power Door Lock (-)
3 - Red - Piezo (+) (?)
4 - Yellow - Glass Sensor (?)
5 - Blue/Black - Unlock Warning Switch
6 - N/C
7 - N/C
8 - N/C
9 - White/Black - Glass Sensor (-)
10 - Red - Glass Sensor (+)

Middle 10-block
1 - Black/White - Starter Relay (to)
2 - White/Black - Ground (-) shared
3 - Red/Yellow - Door Trigger (-) (Front Doors)
4 - Red/White - Door Trigger (-) (Rear Doors and Rear Hatch)
5 - Blue/Yellow - Interior Light (+)
6 - Black/White - Starter Ground (from)
7 - Light Green - Parking Lights (+)
8 - Green/Red - Horn Trigger (+)
9 - Brown - Status LED (+)
10 - Red/Blue - Power (+)

Right 4-block
1 - Gray - Antenna
2 - N/C
3 - N/C
4 - N/C

If I'm reading all of this correctly... if all you want is keyless-remote functionality (alarm functionality not a requirement), just junction in the brown & blue plugs, and manually ground the blue/black wire when you want to program the ecu. The rest of the leads are nice-to-haves, yet not required for keyless-remote-entry.
