Again, there is knocking noize coming fron the front suspension links or sway bars.
It's the 3 rd time I changed them. 1 st time at around 75 000KM (46k Miles) and 2 times afterwards (1 side each) I now have 110k km or 68K miles.
I do only city and highway driving, but the roads in Montreal, Canada have lots of pothholes wich I try my best to avoid them.
All of them were different aftermarket parts but my mechanic says that even the Toyota OEM brand is cheap and won't last long as per his experience of changing other Toyota customers sway bars. It seems that there is 2 different quality level in the Toyota parts: Manufacture and replacement parts.
Manufactured parts must last longer than the car warranty period and replacement parts have to last for the parts warranty which is a year.

Do other people have the same problem as I have?
Whcih brand name or provider do you recommend?

First of all misterhoney, welcome back to the forum. I think you should go beyond OEM parts. energy Suspension have some polyurethane parts that will solidify your front suspension. Here is their free catalog. You should take a look and see what you need. BTW, the end link parts are very inexpensive. I had the same problems. I just changed ALL the front suspension bushings, end link, even the Stock Front Anti-Way bar. Which I bought from Kelly, he sold me his TRD Bar.

Thank you very much. I know it's been a while I did not visit this wonderful website, I almost forgot.

Back to the sway bar, thanks for the link to the catalogue but they don't have the model for my 2002 model year, which looks more like your 3 rd picture but much longer.

my front bar was knocking, i took it out , drove around to make sure the noise was gone

then i put it back in with some grease and torque them down again

the noise went away, even though the bushes were in good condition, so i dunno what fixed it but it is quite now
