Good news! I received the notice from Toyota. The wiper linkage that had an issue with my rav4 is a recall. I am here now at the dealership to replace.

Woke up this morning with wipers not working .I don't here the motor running. Luckily I have the Extended Warranty. Will call the Dealer today. My guess its the motor.

So went out this morning ,when it was light, and there was a big egg corn logged in-between the arm... removed it... wipers work fine..
