My 1998 Rav4 2.0L is coding that it is running rich on bank 1. No other codes show. What would be causing it to run rich?

also test the fuel pressure. if the fuel pressure regulator is sticking to high pressure
it can push fuel past a weak injector.
or you could have trash in an injector.
look at lugs list of things to check and also check for exhaust leaks.
lots of things can cause over fueling.
and check all of the vac lines. or just replace them all if they are old.
post some pix of the spark plug tip insulator colors for us.
