I've heard that the RAV4 sold in Australia has an elevated rear floor that accomadates a full size tire. I would like to see if there is anyway to get one in the US so I could dump the temporary tire and have a real spare. Anyone ever hear of this or could confirm this? Local dealer is clueless.

I m living in meadel east , 17" tire have normal spare tire and 18" tire have the spare like yours, i think you have 18" tires on your car.
