Fuse or relay for turn signals?

Hazard lights and turn signals not working. Found the fuse in the manual for hazard but nothing for turn signals.

Fuse or relay?

I'm old enough to have been around when bimetal, then electronic controlled relays were the way to blink. When BCM controlled blinkers started coming out, manufacturers had to artificially 'reintroduce' the 'tick, tick' sound because consumers at the time found it disconcerting to NOT hear the blinker.
