I always make a metal spare at Depot to keep in my wallet incase I lock myself out. I know it wont turn the car on but it will allow me to open the door and grab my keys if I leave them in the car. I went to depot and the guy swore he couldnt cut one becauce it has a dot on it, I told him I didnt care about the chip and he swore it wouldnt cut. This key (the metal part) looks identicle to my tacomas key and I cut one for the taco before. Has anyone ever cut one?
