Hey guys what's the best place to order new exhaust parts? I hear a leak coming from up front - haven't investigated yet, finally getting warmer out so i will soon.

Mensajero installed an OBX Header for a 1986-89 Toyota Celica that he got from amazon.com, he seems pretty happy with them. I think any 3SFE engine header would work.
I like the looks of your RAV4 in the mud.
Hmm thanks, I wouldn't have guessed a celica header would bolt right up

Most headers for a 3SFE engine should work however headers and intake manifolds for the 3SGE engine will not, different heads.

You coulsd also get a used Japan/Europe manifold. You'd have a choice of the earlier cast 4 into 2, which uses a 2 into 1 downpipe, or the later 4 into 1 tubular, like mine.

The collector is a bit small on the 4-1 though at about 1.85"

What about midlife etc? EBay stuff?
I don't recommend those Ebay cheap stuff. Also, Pacesetter headers won't last. The OBX header are great. Solid, and will last a lot. I used Pacesetter header and I went through three in less then four years. They crack very easy, specially in the single pipe area. The OBX header I wrapped in with DEI and its working well so far. The material use in the OBX header are solid. The Pacesetter headers pipes are very weak and thin.

This is the new one.

Regarding the rest of the pipes, do your own custom installment. 2.25" in stock engines and 3" to 3.5" in Turbos. As straight as possible, 304 stainless steel. Performance resonator, and Cataleptic Converter are also advice. A good intake is also recommended with an Apollo K&N filter with aluminum hose. http://www.pchemlabs.com/files/images/hose40_inch_1.jpg
