Did any variant of 2013 Rav4 come with Heated steering wheel?

I am looking to add a DIY heated steering capability and want to route wires from the heating pads through the clockspring. Not sure if there any spare slots that I can use on the clockspring ?

Afaik it was only available in the final year (2018) and only in the platinum trim. Basically for questions like these google for "2013 rav4 brochure pdf" and it would list all available options there.

There is a kit you can buy from www.cartrimhome.com for RAV4.
